Yes it is, but I hardly see it very often. You can always request an office supply or stationery store to stock it if you'll be purchasing it. I always found it useful, especially for the colored White-Outs that I didn't use as often and would get thick easily.

the non liquid whiteout works quite well... It's like the old typerwriter correction paper. It needs no drying time and it works better.

a tiny drop of rubbing alcohol will thin whiteout nicely
