Pretty much anything on MTV, especially The Hills & Laguna Beach. I also like American Idol. America's Got Talent, America's Next Model.

Law and Order: CI for dramas. I think that Det. Goren is hot! He and Det. Eames are wonderful in their sometimes dark humor and methods in how they find the criminal and make them confess.
That 70's show for comedies. That entire cast is brilliant! I have seen most of the episodes several times and I still laugh each and every time.
