Try this.
Use My Computer to open a window to each drive.
Make is so you can see both on your desktop.
Copy files from you slave to your master. Be sure you put the
files in the right place on your master. My Documents is a
good choice.

Just you do the coping on one harddrive.
If the master is drive c and the slave drive d then to copy all files you would just say at the command prompt
xcopy c:\*.* d:\

If the drive is installed and partitioned, you will be able to drag and drop the files between the drives.

first you identify your primary and secondary partation letters .
Its like c:,d:,e:,f:
for instance c: is primary , d: is secondary
then jus copy and paste .
