Do you think the paparazzi are wrong for dogging the stars every move?

I think it is wrong when they sneak photos of the stars when they are at their homes. However when they are out in public that is something that comes with choosing to be a celebrity. For instance Lindsey Lohan has complained about the paparazzi, but if she doesn't like it then stay home sometimes.

excuses, excuses. don't listen to those fools. they can't see the forest for the trees. celebrities CAN'T just stay home. they'd lose their livelihood. the paparazzi have gone way beyond civilized limits. everyone deserves their privacy. PERIOD! when their out in public, its open game pretty much. but when their at home, it should be outlawed! you probably don't remember the Victoria Principal incident where the paparazzi tried to photograph her in her own bathroom using the toilet. they should have been maimed for life. take out their eye or cut off their camera finger like the Russians used to do, i say. the paparazzi have never been as bad as they are right now. no wonder celebrities disrespect those guys. i'd probably just shoot back at them from my home like a sniper would. that'd stop'em!

Yes, I think it's wrong when the paparazzi dog stars, but the paparazzi wouldn't be doing it if there weren't a market for it. Everyone is so concerned about who's dating who, who said what about who, where they eat, where they party and who they party with - how can this really matter to anyone? Look at Paris Hilton. She's a very, very lucky girl to have been born into a family with all that money, and I think she's pretty; but to garnish the attention she's getting, and to give anything that girl says credence is crazy. She's famous for being dumb. She must be so proud. Everyone keeps saying they want her to go away. Well, stop buying the magazines that show her, and quit watching the TV shows that tell about her and maybe she will. If people worried about their own lives half as much as they worry about star's lives, we'd all be rich.

I agree. But that is why they become celebrities. They want to be noticed and stand out. If they are in public, snap away. At home I think wait down the street and don't take any photos unless they are outside. It is not against the law to photograph someone outside. You also have to think about stalking as well. Some paparazzi stalk the celebrities severely to get photos. Even through long lenses to try to see in their bedrooms. That's wrong.

Yes, I think the paparazzi should keep it to award shows and social events. I could care less about whose shopping wear and who went to the beach. I get sick of looking at the same celebrities all the time. I understand they chose to be in the profession of fame but they are people too, they need their privacy to stay sane.WE all do.

Everyone knows the paparazzi employ whatever methods they deem necessary to get their shots. I think it is wrong that the general public perpetuates the need for the paparazzi by buying tabloids and magazines that use photo's they obtain.

i think its a human right but they sign some kind of contract with the paparazzi to say that they dont mind being photographed like princess of whale remember when she did the hole thing with going out of the public eye but yeh they get paid enough so a couple of pictures never did anyone harm ... they choose to be there ... welll most did ..

I don't think so... I mean, it's their job right? Without them, magazines like Us Weekly will be much less interesting... And like you said, if the celebs hate paparazzis, then just stay at home more or something.

I think its very wrong!! If i was a celebrity, and paparazzi did that to me, i would hit them upside the head! I would hate not having any privacy.

No, I think its the price to pay as a celebrity. They ask for the attention by wanting popularity.

Everyone deserves some dignity, respect and privacy. Most of the time these photographers go too far!
