LEAVE RIGHT NOW. DO NOT WAIT. If he is already slamming you up against a wall and hitting your head, the next thing you know you will be dead. Leave and DO NOT tell him where you are going. Go to a women's shelter and ask to see a lawyer. You need to get a protective order against him as soon as you possibly can. DO NOT go anywhere alone! Always have someone with you--even if it's just another woman from the shelter.

The first impulse is for me to say, "Why are you still with him?"
Instead I will ask you, "What is it about you that allows him to do this to you?" Yes, I said ALLOWS him to do it. You have the option of walking out the door when things get bad. Anyone with half a brain knows that their spouse does not have the right to hurt them either physically or mentally.
I am not going to be gentle here - you need a wake-up call. GET UP OFF YOUR BACKSIDE AND GET OUT OF THERE BEFORE HE KILLS YOU!! You know this, but for some reason you aren't leaving. The future there is death, the future out of that relationship is unknown, but you will be alive.
Make your choice. Stay and be killed or leave and face the unknown future.

Did you say 4.5 years or 45 years? When did he start abusing you? If he has been mistreating you from the start, may I ask why all of a sudden you are complaining about it? You don't say you are married, are you just shacked up with him? Do you have little rug rats with this guy? Do you work? More info please, then maybe I could help you.

A man will only beat up his women only when he doesnt love her anymore. If you feel that you are not secure anymore in this house, u have to make a move. Life has to be go on. This man are not worth for you to love n share your life. Leave him if you can. but you have to discuss it with your children for them to have a preparation.

Leave now. If you don't have someone to take you in, go to the nearest shelter for battered women. Please do it today.
If you go to the shelter, they can help you with all of legal resources that you'll need to get divorced and to protect yourself with restraining orders. If family takes you in, you can call the shelter or visit and they'll help you with legal resources as well.

Get the hell outta there, before someone gets killed. I can't begin to tell you about my horrific situation. He made me feel so bad and alone. I couldn't tell anyone for fear he would unleash his wrath on them. Thank goodness he left me. Got bored with me I guess. PLEASE GET OUT OF THERE. NOTHING IS WORTH IT. he will just keep doing it and if you have kids, or were going to have...don't"!!!! again, not worth it.
