I have a 1994 Isuzu Rodeo. When the AC is running cool air blows from the vents on the driver's side but nothing comes out of the top vents on the passenger side and hot air comes from the floor vents.

Also, the air flow on the driver side doesn't seem to be as forceful as it should be.

What might be the problem and how costly of a repair am I looking at?

the vent has either came off or the little vacuum unit that opens it has gone bad,,there not expensive to repair,,you can get a used one at a junk yard for about 10 bucks,,i own a repair shop,,and do it all the time,,it takes about an hour to do,,good luck with it.

The vacuum hose on the engine that runs inside to the AC controls has either collapsed or broken off where it connects to the engine.

Sounds like a duct came loose under the dashboard.

If your trucks a/c controller in the dash is manually operated then you have a vacuum problem! If the a/c controller is automatic then you have a blend door actuator problem!

sounds like youre ducts are not connected. it shouldnt be a costly repair its actually something u could probably do yourself. all of the duct work is behind the dash.
