Why do I always get sudden urges to do things, and while I do them, I feel that they're justified and what I should do. Sometimes I think differnet things. Sometimes I believe in god, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I feel justified in an action, sometimes I don't.
Take today for instance. I have a military reserve weekend at my local reserve unit, I went in at 7am.. around 8 am.. I got bored, cause all we ever do is sit around and pretend to do stuff. So I went to my car, pulled the seat back and took a nap.
About an hour later, I drove off base, and parked in a local shopping plaza under a tree and once again took a nap. Why? I don't know! Then later on, I checked movie times on my phone, and I caught a movie at the movie theatre. After that was over, it was 1pm, and I said you know what. I'm going home. So now I'm at home. Why?
I DONT KNOW!!!!!! But at the time I felt like I was doing the right thing, and now I feel like an idiot.

I never signed in, so there truly is no record of me attending today. So it's not in the records that I showed up and left, although I did. It would just be an unexcused absense.. which doesn't really amount to anything.
Except for the fact that I'm earning myself a crappy reputation in my unit.

Maybe you're just too spontaneous. Tone it down a bit. Maybe before you go to work make up a schedule of the things you NEED to do, not want to. By organizing a time table, you'll have your priorities listed. If you for some reason don't follow your schedule, then create some disadvantages like, no movies or video games for 2 weeks. Or no take out or fast food for a month. I don't know, what ever applies to you. But make sure to be strict upon yourself, because if not than your actions won't work. And if all else fails, see a psychiatrist!

I'm no doctor, but from what I've read and the information you've given, seems like you have Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), dude. Look, I hope nobody if sunny about you with this. Cause I'm not going to get funny with you. You better not fall into the "AWOL" category with the military. I'm a veteran; they never stop, ever. Looking for you. You will do your time. Hard time. Okay? Sorry about that!
Now, how old are you? Some things can be attributed to youth. You seem young. All of us when we are young have low attention spans. Maybe this is the case. And we that care about you here in Answers are going to pray for you and hope that the solution to your anxiety and impatience in life can be solved easily. This is a good first step to acknowledge you are not acting properly and there is a problem functioning within your world correctly. That's good. Good luck.---

Nothing wrong with you.You just need some excitement in your life.
I think until now you just still didn't come across a real challenge of which is of great interest to you that's why you feel like one minute in a go and drawnback the next.
Why not set a daily task, little goals to achieve so you put your heart some contentment and pride at the end of the day?It helps to break your day and it makes life worthwhile too.A little inspiration to start your day will keep you going all throughout the day..keep that mind of yours busy then, boredom turns useful.
I wish you a productive day.

There is nothing worse than people who can do good and amount to a lot and doesn't care about it. you maybe living in card board box some where because opportunities to do great in life is getting scarce . Wake up and get your sorry butt up and accomplish doing good for your self and your family and loved ones .

Just chill man, that's all you need to do. You need to chill and everytime you get an urge to do somwthing weird, resist it or think coolly. Why would you want to do it? Isn't it abnormal. If you were watching a guy do just the exact same thing you want to do then what would be your opinion about him? You would think he is a moron, right? So, refrain yourself from doing that. If that doesn't help, I am sorry to say you might need a psychiatrist - that is, if you consider something that needs just a little bit self motivation worth paying all those heavy bills

Most people when they are restless they do this, for reasons best known to them or not. A disturbed mind is not specifically clear about what next to do? It can be a small irritation that would have caused the disturbed mind. One way is to write all negatives things of the past day or week, then striking out one by one, whichever could not have been the cause. The ones left out have to be attended to by suitably readjusting ourselves.

The only thing wrong is that you need to start thinking about the consequences of what you do. acting on impulse is OK in some situations, others you need to think about.
Learning to reason is all part of being human.

Sounds like you possibly have low level depression. It makes you tired, apathetic & effects your life. See your doctor! You don't have to live like this.
Or... you're smoking too much pot! Haha! Kind of has the same effects after awhile. If that's it, stop.

It sounds like you are impulsive and don't think things thru. Try to train yourself to ponder the consequences of each act before you do it.
