OH NO! Do you live near me I wonder? I have a nickname for one of my neighbor's, serial killer guy. No kidding! I have a dog I have to take out and sometimes I am so scared. I carry a large heavy cane with me and am always on alert. This guy has two old vans, the windows are blacked out or covered and he is always walking across my back yard. My daughter tells me that killer never kill near them because it would bring suspicion on them. You know there is not really anything we can do as neighbors except watch for suspicious activity and be very careful, because the police would think we were crazy if we told them we believed our neighbor was a killer.

tread carefully. If you call police anonymously, never look at him strangely or give him the hint that you have a problem with him. You're probably already giving off the vibe that you're uncomfortable around him and he'll suspect you first. I think moving may be a bit drastic unless he's dangerous to you. Seriously, if he's a serial killer, he'll never appear dangerous to you at all. If your instincts tell you that he means you and your family some form of harm and police are unable to do anything, invest in some form of protection whether a dog, gun, mace, something to make sure that you and yours are protected because it'll be difficult for police to say that the guy's a threat until he actually shows himself to be a deviant criminal.

Now you really shouldn't be jumping to conclusions. Go over and knock on his door and ask to borrow a cup of sugar. This will afford you the chance to start up a conversation. Real casual like, ask him if he wants to get together some night for some murder and mayhem, then give him a wink wink nudge nudge. If he is a murderer he is probably lonely and will see this as an opportunity to make friends. At this point you now have two choices. You can either turn him in, or take advantage of the situation to get rid of some people you don't like

How you judged the man might be serial killer. Inform the police about your fear and better to move if there are no hindrances.

What proof do you have that he/she might be a serial killer???
Just ask the police if they suspect anyone inyour area of serial killings, and tell them what YOU THINK.

Why not report to proper local law enforcement authorities and let them investigate and take appropriate action. I think it would be in your best interest to keep out of the way of this guy.

be very careful how you approach this situation.when i was younger my friend sister was killed by seiral killer. this person was someone we saw everyday in the neighborhood and we never suspected anything,until it happend he had over 10 other victims. sound like your just paranoid. i wouldnt contact police becuase these people are noobs when come to something like this.i would contact people like private detective or FBI.or just kill him yourself :}
