i mean like, i was best friends with a guy and a girl, then when we went to 7th grade, i stayed with the girl, but the guy found some new best friends.

my best friend and i have been best friends for 23 yrs. we met when we were 6yr old.
other friends I've had through school, work, and my children's classmates parents. they come and go, but my Best Friend has always been there.
my husband is also my best MALE friend. he was my best male friend for several years before we started dating...then we got married.
its been GREAT! being best friends w/your hubby is the way to make it last forever!

I was best friends with a girl for 15 years until she stiffed me out of a lot of money. Now my best friend is my husband. We've been married 11 years.

Well i i have had the same best friend for 10 yrs and i consider her family more than a friend. i meat new people evry yr i cant say they are my best friends but i do have friends that i consider close to me and very dear to my heart.
