Well if the "many girls" don't have AIDS... obviously, he wont get AIDS... but, how is he going to know they don't have AIDS? Oh, thats right... because they "SAY" they don't have AIDS... well, AIDS takes YEARS before you realize you have it. When all the sudden you become sick allllll the time. And then in seven years, the flu kills you... thats when you know you have AIDS...
So unless you are getting these girls tested (and you too!) then you dont know if they dont have AIDS. It doesn't just "show up" over night after catching it. It doesn't leave any real signs. Your private parts don't pus and ooze... it just affects your immune system until one day the common cold kills you.

If he is having sex with a lot of girls how does he know that they don't have it unless they are tested? If the girl has sex with someone a week before she sleeps with him they would not know that they have been exposed for at least 3-6 months. ALWAYS USE A CONDOM.

All it takes is one girl or a guy that is HIV positive one time, for another person to contract the disease. It is not something to mess around with. That is why it is soooooo important you really get to know someones sexual history and use a condom every time you have intercourse.

its a 100 times harder for a man to contract an std from a woman than it is vice versa but your odds are still good

yea eventually, and there are other STDs out there. Condoms are not 100% effective . There are STDS you can get EVEN IF YOU USE A CONDOM , such as HERPES and GENITAL WARTS . They are caused by SKIN CONTACT. Also you CAN"T ALWAYS TELL IF SOMEONE HAS THEM, because they disappear and re-appear.
