Id' get the fruit parfait at McDonalds, it's probably your best bet, and some juice. If you're still hungry a gas station would probably sell something like a Nature Valley bar that is healthy to go with it.

Take some fruit with you. At Mcdonalds-get milk or oj to drink. that's what i do. as for the gas station-get a box of go lean crunch-it has carmal popcorn and nuts but it's made with stuff that will help you loose weight...so it's pretty healthy.
hope this helps!

Personally, I go for the sausage mcmuffin with egg, two hashbrowns, an OJ, and an extra order of scrambled eggs. Also, it's better to eat something in the morning when you wake up than not eat anything at all. Plus, their breakfast stuff has got to be a bit healthier than their lunch crap.

Get breakfast esle where choose only milk or orange juice there.
But if you want to eat something there balance it out with a better meal at lunch time. I would recomend the pancakes as far as taste is concerned. Ignore the hash browns they're way to salty and taste lousy.

at the gas station, go get some granola bars, yogurt, and healthy juice, if that's not filling, then maybe you can ask your family to go somewhere else close by that's more healthy. Just don't enter McDonald's, well unless you are starving.;D good luck!

There is nothing healthy at McDonalds for breakfast. It you want something low in fat and calories you would have to order water and coffee.

water is probably the best way to go because most of what on the menu will be unhealthy. But if you do have to order something get the salad w/ an oil dressing and orange juice

Healthy food at McDonald's is like having Charles Manson as a male nurse.
