I suppose it's the easiest, since it save someone from having to write a masters thesis. Some universities now offer a PhD program that skips a masters degree. I only looked into it very briefly so I can't tell you a lot about it. You'll just have to contact the different institutions you're interested in and ask if they have such a program. There may be info on the web, but I suspect it will be by individual university.

There isn't an easy way. Any place that says it's easy means the degree isn't worth anything. Beware of online places and schools that give tons of credit for "life experiences," because employers realize these degrees are fluff.

There's no "easy way" to get a doctorate (Ph.D.), unless you want one of those diploma mill fakes that carry ZERO clout in the real world.
A legitimate Ph.D. requires schooling and the writing of a thesis, which has to be original work!
