This may sound lame, there is not even any sex involved!(Hello are you still there)???
Every one except a couple out of the room, One of the remaining couple sits on a chair, normally dressed but wearing an eye patch over one eye.
Get something made up to represent a hook like Captain Hook the pirate would wear instead of a hand.
Bring the others in one at a time (male or female) they will wear a blindfold !
You tell him or her you are going to introduce "Captain Hook the well know pirate"!
Make up a lot of 'waffle' then take their hand and say "I am going to let you feel Captain Hooks good hand, lead their hand onto the Captains 'good' hand, then "I am going to let you feel his hook", let their hand feel the prepared metal hook! Then I am going to let you feel his face, ditto the face bit! "Now I am going to let you feel his eye patch. Ditto the eye patch!
Then "I am now going to let you feel his good eye"!!
(At this stage you will have an orange at the ready with a fair sized hole in it) Take the blindfold participants finger and plunge it deeply into the orange!!
Male or female if that doesn't produce a scream then my name is not Long John Silver.

I was dared to approach a guy and ask wot he is drinking. Ask if I can taste a little then just knock back his drink and walk away. It was really funny. The look on the guys face was a picture. I felt guilty so I bought him a drink back!!!!!

dance like a stripper on some kind of pole whilst singing national anthem
go down on a cucumber
eat a tablespoon of salt without drinking straight afterwards
