How about having something stolen from you?

it's one thing if you did steal in the past and moved on beyond such, but you need to make efforts to PAY them BACK, if you don't...well what are you "scumbag none the richer"?

There may be other "channels" in the future, where people can go in and safely turn themselves in if they wish to make a deal...today people are scared of 'old sparky", is that true? ......well that's another story all together = the death penalty is WRONG.

If a person can pay back the person he stole from, well that is a good thing.

Try to find teh person you stole from individually without contacting the police first why waste teh polices time and tax dollars if you don't have to...but if you need to go to the police ....well go to the police/ in simple thefts which are "non-violent" MONEY/(material value) is the main issue...yes there is the issue of "trespass" but

It doesn't matter. It's all in the past. You can't change your past no matter how much you try. You just gotta live in the 'now' moment. And make sure you won't steal anything now or in the future.
