Hi, uv just answered my Q on what to do now, with my ex and i'd like to say cheers m8, u made me feel better. I'm 26 and have a 3 year old daughter (well she will be next month). I'm also bored, skint and alone tonight but thanx to you and a couple of other answerers i feel like i can definetaly get over it like i did before, i just need my friends and people to talk and have a laugh with like b4 and i'll be sound. I hope you've found something to get over your boredom, uv certainly helped me get over mine xx

1.Get a dependable babysitter.
2.Call a friend
3. Get all dolled up
4. Go out on the town and have a good dinner, see a movie or go to a club.( no drinking unless you have a designated driver)
5. HAVE A GREAT RELAXING NIGHT.

Put your son in the bath and play with him. Read him a story.
Once he is asleep find a book and read to yourself.
Put on a CD
Don't think there is much on TV
Take up knitting or embroidery or quilting.

It might be a tad late to reply to you, but I'd recommend you take your dinner outdoors to the nearest park and enjoy it al fresco with a bottle of wine if possible!

i have no idea as i am in same boat except my 2 year old is a girl...
i plan to drink tea and dunk chocolate digestives in it, thats my plans so far.
i may make some greetings cards too as i quite enjoy that and believe it or not i have started making christmas ones already!!
better than the housework!

Have lots of quality time with you little boy and give him tons of hugs and cuddles and when he gives you as many back you will feel much better about everything.
