Now I've never played the game but I'd suggest taking them off, that'd get rid of the clothes!!

Do you mean take-off them without replacing it in other clothes? you can do that by clicking on the cloth, spin or background you want to remove.
And if you mean to remove it from your inventory i don't think that it's possible, but if so, why do you want to remove it?
