Faith!
Without a secure foundation in God you have no safe haven to weather the storms that always come from one direction or another. Be certain where you stand with God and you can manage anything that comes your way. God will help and protect every other part of your life. Kids, job, marriage, fulfillment, hope, health, money... it's all in His hands when you are firm in your faith.

One's children , they are going to be around long after you will. Make sure they know how to navigate themselves in the world.Teach them the truth , that will do them far better than to sugar coat life and make it into some kind of fantasy . Hard work and responsibility pay off.

There isn't just one, it's everything.
Family, friends, love, loyalty... heh, for me there's music. For everybody it varies on who that person is or wants to be. it isn't the same for everybody.
