no unless its a car from the 50's then you prolly need to warm it up a bit

It may cause some damage If the engine is cold, and you are taking off with heavy acceleration. Otherwise, shouldn't be any problem. Still, in summer time it's good to let the engine idle at least for a few seconds, in winter time, a minute or two will be better.

Yes let the oil circulate when you start your engine the oil is in the bottom of your oil pan and it take a few seconds to get that oil from the pan to your vital engine parts crank bearrings pistons cam shaft rocker arms etc. so let it run a least for 1 minute before going anywhere.

It will in real cold weather.
It's best to warm the car up so the engine and trans has oil going through it and all the bearings and clutches have plenty of oil before a take off

Depends on how cold it is outside and if your vehicle is like a 69' 454 Camaro then yes. But if it is a newer vehicle then no.

i usually wait a minute or two before i go. but i do recommend that you just don't go is soon as you start the car
