Sometimes putting oneself in a position of witnessing how bad someone else's life is for them can make you better appreciate your own. Perhaps try volunteering at a homeless shelter, or a sick children's hospital. Nothing can spur a person on more than being able to count all their blessings, and seeing someone with so much less than you have and take for granted can maybe be just that little push you need.

Yep!
First shake yourself up go skydiving or white water rafting, take a trip to Ireland or a third world country or anything else you would not do normally then sit yourself down and find out what in life you have passion for : Music , Art , feeding the homeless, fashion design whatever and make a set of goals towrd that direction . We all go through slumps but the big thing is to never let it get to you down but definatly create some challenges for yourself Good LucK!

Talk to a close friend or family member, a professional counselor or your clergyman to get some ideas to make your daily routine more meaningful or inspirational to you. Life can be good without being a daily thrill. Volunteer to help someone less fortunate than you are. That might give you some motivation, seriously.

Go to a mirror and look deep into your eyes(not at your eyes) and tell your Self I love you, and I honor who you are and what you are.
Do this before you go to bed,and right after you wake up.
Your life will be different in about 10 days.

Try studying Metaphysical Christianity. And, yes, I know it sounds like a contradiction; but it AIN'T. Jesus RESURRECTED from the DEAD. That is ultimate METAphysics
