if no power to coil suspect auto shut down relay is not functioning , the relay itself rarley fails, your trouble may be caused a bad ignition pick up [under distributor cap] stored codes can be retrieved by cycling the ign key 3 times and leaving in the on position and counting the flashes of the check engine lamp noting codes 12[begin of report] and 55[end of report] are normal also if the dist pick up is bad it may leave no code at all[does not know that engine is even moving] good luck

Check to see why it has no power to the coil. Is the ignition
switch working. You have to have power to the coil to get spark.
You should check to see if you have a signal from the pickup
under the distributor.

I would unhook the coil wires , the small ones and clean them well , the sometimes corrode like a battery terminal will , this could be the problem.

your pcm is not receiving a signal from the distributor so you may have a bad pick-up coil in the distributor that has shorted out, or the pcm itself has a short in it. you need to have it checked with diagnostic scanner to determine if it is the pick-up coil or the pcm

Check the pickup in the distributor. Very common problem on Chryslers.

you should have a fuse for your engine start and fuse for stater i would check the fuses that will stop any current flow to your coil. look at your fuses see if you dont have one burn into. it should be labeled eng. ign. or ignition. good luck

Check hot wire and ground wire frum battery. If ya not grounded ya aint gettin anything going through it.
