first thing is what is the cause for high billirubin, most common cause is infective ( viral) hepatitis, in that case you need to take planty of charbohydrate diet, plany of glucose ( at least 200-250 gms) per day, planty of fruit juices. no fatty food at all. complete bed rest.
if you have high billirubin due to haemolysis, ( may be due to malaria) than no need to any thing special axecpt bed rest, high carbohydrate diet, it will resolve as malaria is cured

Diet will not affect your serum bilirubin levels. These are affected by liver function.
