how do i tell this guy i like i love him? even though he knows i have a crush on him?

i have known him for 7 years and he just found out i liked him last year well i started to like him last year..lol and i really do love him!! so much
i know iam 13 but woooooooooooooooooooow
anyways how do i tell him and i know what ur going to say "read a book"
but thats not my question i wanna know how to tell him???????????????????????????????!!
