you cant delete the bulk folder, or unfortunatly stop receiving that kind of junk e-mail
welcome to the world of spam, dont think you get it bad, unless you get over 1000 junk e-mails PER DAY, yes thats how many i get!!!
sometimes valid e-mails wrongly get sent to the bulk e-mail folder, so make sure you occasionally look through this folder to see if it is located here
your bulk folder automatically gets deleted every 3 days or so, so any bulk e-mails in their older than that will be gone anyway,
pain in the bum i know but hey thats e-mail for you

In the spam settings....if you have spam blocker on, Yahoo mail will deflect all "spam" messages to the bulk folder. If you turn off spam filtering, it should get rid of that.

I don't even look at it. You can clear that folder without opening it. I do it every time.
