eat healthy, swim, ride your bike. try aerobics, dance or jump on a trampoline for 30 minuets. just alternate fun outside things to do.
I play softball on two teams, so thats how i keep it off.

Stop being lazy! Diet, exercise and rest-sleep are the keys to fitness. You can find many books on this at libraries or bookstores. I cannot give a complete answer here. Don't worry about having fun all of the time. Think about what fun you can have when you are the size you want to be. I have lovers in various sizes. Miyuki weighs 97 lbs. and wears size 2, but BiChen weighs 125 lbs. and wears size 12 tops. Maybe there is nothing wrong with your size, but it cannot hurt to become more fit.

DON'T! Size 4 is an unhealthy size to be! What's wrong with being a size 8? Lots of people would kill to be that skinny!
If you want to lose weight, exercise is necessary - DO NOT try these faddy diets that promise fast weight loss with no excercise as they are extremely dangerous!
If you really want to lose weight why not grab some friends and start aerobics or swimming - get motivated!
This way you'll not only lose weight but also improve yourself as being active will soon be natural and you will no longer be the lazy person you claim to be!
Go on, it just takes that first step and it will change your life forever!

Walking is the best. Trying walking around in the mall and avoid the food court. Or you can shopping at different stores. Manufactures like to put smaller sizes on larger clothes, to make you think you wear a smaller size.

Go to the pool swim ask a friend to ride every night on your bikes,find someone to loose weight with cheer lead any thing that you have an interest in and then kick it up a notch

whats wrong with a size 8? actually it depends how tall you are, if you are 5"7 and above thats a good healthy size....women are suppose to have a little bit of curve to them.

Try exercising with friends. If you hate to run, go on walks with them. That way, you can catch up on gossip while you lose weight. Also, try eating healthier.
