Nipple piercing question?

Hey

I recently got a nipple piercing. Though while I do try to keep fit, I was told that I would not be able to work out while the piercing heals for the next 2 months. Are there any forms of exercise that I can do to keep fit, i.e. chest, arms, abs, etc, while at the same time not interfering with the healing process on my piercing?

There are no restrictions while it is healing other than avoiding pulling on it.

Exercise as normal but avoid catching it on anything.

Cover it while exercising to make life easier and keep sweat out. Sweat by itself is sterile.. but it can wash bacteria from your skin into the area that's still raw.

You should be soaking it in saline at least once a day until it's healed. Do this after exercising to help make sure it stays clean.

check out the link below. says you can exercise with it. I had both of mine pierced and that didnt stop me from excersing and it healed fine. just clean it afterwards due to the sweat.

I would not recommend anything in the arm or chest region, because that peircing is a delicousy and couls very easily get infected.

your dealing with you nipples VERY IMPORTANT just do has you told and relax if you cant yoga maybe
