We are currently, dealing with real issues of global warming, climate and temperature changes and decreasing availability of food, water and other natural resources in the USA. I wish I could tell you the name of such an environment where safety, abundant wealth and peace abounded on this earth. Alas, I do not know of one here.

"The cleanest environment" is by definition the most dangerous to live in. "The cleanest environment" means low population density, no agriculture (no industry and no indoor plumbing, either), and human population scraping a living by hinting and gathering. There are plenty of people today who leave in "the cleanest environment" (native tribes in Africa, South America, and Asia Pacific); their life expectancy is under 40, one child out of five dies before reaching five years of age.

The safest place to live, in contrast, is Japan, heavily urbanized and full of nuclear power stations (they account for over 30% of Japan's electricity production).
