You have a safe distance for the crepe myrtles. It would be better if the magnolia had a little more distance, but I think you are still in good shape, UNLESS the air conditioner drains on that side of the house. The roots will be drawn to the water. Magnolias grow very slowly, so I would expect that root damage would not be an issue for a tree this size for 25-30 years.
