I did...it took many years...many, many years...I wish everybody could be as happy as I am...People just settle...that isn't good enough...you have to find that person and do whatever it takes to find them...I love my wife and cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with her.

I thought I had found my true love now after many years of marriage, I am learning that it may be possible to have more than one. For every relationship that you have, whether it lasts or not you take away the value of the experiences that you had with that person. People grow and change, but they may not always grow together. So who may have been your true love 10 years ago, may not be now, because you are not the same person you were and chances are neither are they. If you do find what you think is your true love make sure you are growing and changing as a couple and in the same direction. If you dont grow together, you grow apart...

I've been around the block more than a few times. Had both long term and short relationships. I have found true love a few times. My definition of loved is borrowed form an older couple sharing love stories on Valentines day.
They had been together for like 50 years. They were still very much in love. You could see it. They even kissed on camera(Disturbing yes) Anyway he said. "Love isn't the feeling you have for someone else, Love is the feeling you have inside when you are with that person" That stuck with me for years.
Every time you meet someone and fall in love. It is always different. Because you are two different people.

I know I found my true love when I heard his voice on the phone. I told my friends I'm marrying the guy I just spoke with over the phone. They looked at me as if I'm crazy. Well, who wouldn't be? I haven't met him at the time. Well, we're married for 11 years now with 2 kids. I'm happy and I just knew he'll be my husband even when I was in another relationship at the time.

Yes, my husband of 10 years. We knew, cuz we both thought it was love at first sight, however, it took 2 years later to figure it out and in the mean time, we developed a very close friendship. My mother always told me that you have to be friends before you can be lovers, and while that won't hold true for everybody, it was for me. He was the first man I was ever friends with first, and I married him.

Yes! My husband and I have been together nine years. We honestly look at our lives before and know that we were made for each other. We've both been through some rough times in our lives. Ironically, these rough times brought us to the people who ultimately introduced us. He's my other half. There isn't a day that goes by we don't say "I love you" and mean it. I couldn't imagine my life without him.

Yes. I knew when I couldn`t stop thinking about her and it hurt when I couldn`t be with her. I would leave work ealy sometimes just so I could just hold her for 5 mins and kiss her and tell her I love her!!! I worked during the day and she worked at night.
