Pirates 2 has already grossed over $680 million worldwide.
I think you're asking if it will pass $400 million in the US... and it's already at $379 million in the US. I would say it's a sure bet that it will pass $400 million US.

I don't know how much it has grossed so far but I saw it just Friday and I was bored. I wanted to leave half way through it but wanted to see the ending, which was good. The last 15 minutes were the best. I just felt the movie was to cluttered and the villains uninteresting. I bet the third will be really good however,
