This seems like a trick question.
The way your question is phrased it's about "how confident" I am about my looks. I am confident and self aware, so I give myself a 10.
However, if we are grading our own looks I give myself a 7. I used to be an 8, maybe even a 9 but I'm what most of you would consider to be super old now.

I'm about a 9. I have physical imperfections just like everyone else but don't care. I stopped wearing makeup (expensive) and stopped coloring my hair because like Popeye says, "I am what I am and that's all that I am". Have lots of true friends both male and female, keep a smile on my face, treat everyone like I'd like to be treated and live each day as it comes. Don't sweat the small stuff either. I still walk the walk and talk the talk and get hit on everytime my husband and I go for an evening of dancing. I'd say that's a definite 9 on the confidence scale.
