I left my glove outside in my bag and it has green mold all over it... Any suggestions with out ruining it?

I would personally get a new glove. Just because you have removed the mold from the outside doesn't mean that the entire glove is not infected with mold. Mold is bacteria that can pose a threat to some peoples health, like people who are allergic to mold. Gloves are expensive but your life is more.

WASH IT WITH WORM WATER AND A LITE SOAP,LET IT FULLY DRY.THEN USE AN OIL TO GET THE REST OFF,TO SHINE IT BACK UP AND TO PROTECT IT FROM FUTURE MOLD.

Saddlesoap will clean leather most effectively of any debris.
