According to Davina McColl on Friday night's live eviction show, Sezer wasn't invited back because of 'legal' reasons.
In the tabloids the last few weeks it has been claimed he was taken in for questioning by the police over date rape allegations.

'Dawn broke the rules'? Not as often as Jayne, but she's back. BB forgives rule-breaking if the perpetrator is loud and annoying like Jayne. Dawn wasn't a colourful enough personality to get away with it, but don't pretend that BB really cares about rule-breaking

why would you want him back in anyway? Why would we want ANY of them back (this includes the infuriating tedious Nikki). Though i must confess it would have been best to have put Shabaz back in! They should put in Derek Laud or Jon Tickle!

someone said he tried to rape them i think it was bonnie, so now he is in prison! and also people were trying to kill him so he isnt allowed back as they could try to kill him! :D
