I'm sorry but I doubt goat pills would work either way. But if his manhood doesn't please her the way it should the only real way to correct that is with surgery or with inventive positions that allow for further penetration. Telling him would not resolve anything though, but create a VERY awkward situation that will persist throughout the rest of the relationship. He couldn't choose his genetics right?

Cheating is wrong, hence why it's called cheating. It's never easy to tell your partner that they aren't doing -it- for you, even harder to listen to someone telling it to you. But she has to do it.
Sex is a biological need, stronger in some than in others but not an accessory to your social life or some vice that you should be ashamed of. Deciding you're going to just cope with sex that doesn't satisfy you for the rest of your life makes about as much sense as thinking you're going to eat no more than 20 carbs a day for the rest of your life or that you'll never burp or fart in the company of another as long as you live. Ignoring your need for sexual satisfaction will make you a malfunctioning human being.
Your friend needs to inform her partner that he's not getting her off like he needs to and she needs to work with him to solve the problem or if she doesn't have the balls to stand up to him and be honest she still needs to tell him that he isn't enough for her in bed and she needs to go. He's been there for her when she needs him for 3 years. He deserves her honesty even if he won't like it.

Tell her to tell him how she feels. Or maybe choose some different positions. If goat pills actually worked there wouldn't be so many guys with tiny we-we's bragging about how "big" their penis are. Just tell her to be honest. =D

Honestly,she's wrong,she's only with him for sex. She needs to love him for the right reasons. For goodness sakes,come on,she's been with him for three years. Its not like they never had sex before out of 3 years. And that means,its kind of stupid to complain about his "Size" after three years.
