I get that way sometimes if I have too much caffeine. But she might have a kind of health issue... in that case, she should probably see a doctor.

Tell her calmly and seriously that her hyperactiveness is worrying you, she might hurt somebody if she's not careful.

My son used to get that way, the extra he fought sleepiness the extra hyper he have been given. . till I found out a brilliant lesson from a powerful buddy. approximately 2 hours till now bedtime, start up "winding down the homestead" dim the lighting, quiet the T.V., or activate some mushy song. it is accompanied by ability of bathtub time and snuggle time(thoughts) which finally leads to mattress time. little ones want a mattress time ritual and if the full house is "going to sleep" then they don't think of that they are going to omit something by ability of following alongside. by ability of how why do not you enable the females dissipate a number of that potential by ability of telling you bedtime thoughts quite of any different way around invariably.

When she runs towards you grab her arms and tell her that she can end up hurting someone by doing that. Your parents need to talk to her parents about what should be done when she is at your home to get her to calm down.
