He was the best captain. He brought the most victories to the Indian team. I say he shoould come back to the team.

I believe Sourav was the best captain India ever saw.No matter what the critics and the general public say you could never deny that he had it in him.His way of attacking out at the other team captains was novel .Like the Steve Waugh episode when he purposefully came late for the toss when the Australians made some comment on him.
Truethat his batting has been not that good.But his performance in many domestic matches has been excellen and it is sad that the selectors havent taken note of that.However it is good to thear that he has been included in the conditioning camp of 30 for an upcoming tournament after the tri-series in Sri Lanka.
But the Chappel part of things remains.The truth is that if Dada comes back he wont have a happy-happy relationship with Greg Chappel.Thats the only sad part of it.
But I really hope Sourav Dada makes it back

u say what is PAST.....
no doubt he was the BEST captain..brought MOST VICTORIES....but just look at his performance after the tour of AUSTRALIA----
he has failed to score ......failed to lead the team from front......(all the things nicely manouvered by DRAVID)....!!
how can u select a player if he not PERFORMING....how???
past does not matter ......u have gotta perform in PRESENT..which GANGULY is not doing....
he failed to impress in ENGLISH COUNTY DIVISION 3 !!!!
my messages to all the die-hard fans for GANGULY--------he can make comeback only and only if he plays well in present....
