The replacement rack come with the inner tie rod ends. Take your car to another mechanic and have them check over. Don't say any thing about what the first mechanic, said. See what the second mechanic say. The battiery is a cheap replacement of the hold down. You can do it your self. The tire will be wearing on the in side or out side of the tire. It does not coat much. When you consider how much new tires will cost. The sway bar small bushings can be done at the linement shop if it is needed. The Rack can be done a linement shop. if it is need. The most danage is the tie rod ends and the rack. If needed they should be done. The battier mount is the lease danage. But It can leave you on the side of the road. If the battier slipes out and shortout. The front motor mount lower or upper. Can lead to damagous parts..

What's the value of your life, to yourself and to family? Is it cheap? Some things on a car that break need to be replaced by new, not junk yard. Or would you put used brakes on your car. Common sense should tell you that a steering part whenever possible should be new. If new parts are not available, then have someone who knows what they are doing, remove them from the donor car. After all, how many times has one returned parts to a junk yard because they were wrong or broken to begin with.

Here's the deal.
Go to an occupational/vocational center that has an autobody shop.
They could probably get you an original part from the dealer for cheaper and can install the rack mounts for you at no labor charge.
They have good professional epuipment.
If you insist on doing it yourself you might try a junk/salvage yard for decent parts.
It is a '91 anyway

If you are your own mechanic, go to a junk yard and pull them from a car there. Or maybe some junk yards will do it for you?
Or like the other person suggests, internet. Lots of auto part stores around.

You could try a junkyard, but the quality won't be very good. If your local NAPA dealer does'nt carry them, you'll have to get them thruogh the dealer.
