I would, first of all, wash and use a good deep conditioner. Then when you get out of the shower use a leave in conditioner, preferably a spray on, and start by sectioning the hair as best you can and brushing at the bottom of the hair brushing down. As you get knots out move up on the hair a little. All the while adding the spray on conditioner to the hair. Continue this until you have brushed through all your hair and then go to a stylist and have it cut because you are going to have damaged hair.

While I understand that having 3 kids is like having 3 full time jobs you should consider how your appearance and how well you take care of yourself can affect the children and how they will, as adults, take care of themselves. My mom didn't take good care of herself and it took a while to realize that wasn't the norm. I take good care of myself now and try to be a good role model for my son in that respect (as well as all other respects a parent should be).

Hi Gen!

There is a baby product that takes out tangles. Works great I just cant remember the name. ANd take your time with it and the tangles will come out. Try towel drying and then brush your hair or comb it and put it in a ponytail or something. We all get in those rushes and it sounds like with 3 kids you have other things besides hair to worry about. Perhaps a nice short wwash and go!!!! Best wishes!!

I'm not sure what to do to get them out, but once you do get them out make sure that you always run a comb or hairbrush through your hair before you put it up.
