She first really hit the scene as one of Prince's proteges as a skinny singer/dancer with no boobs. Then she reappeared on MTVs Singled Out to replace Jenny McCarthy, and suddenly had enormous boobs. After Singled Out, she went on to Baywatch and helped to 'discover' and popularize the Pussycat Dolls Revue in Hollywood.
She eventually married Dave Navarro and the wedding & planning were broadcast by MTV - 'Til Death Do Us Part'. They have recently separated.
I always found Carmen Electra to be famous for being Carmen Electra - a hot playboy model who is extraordinarly photogenic.
As far as 'describing' her - physically, she is 5'3" and petite, dark hair, gorgeous blue eyes, and very large surgically enhanced assets (allegedly a 36C).

She's a woman who used to be a B-list bathing suit model and now makes silly home videos you buy in those goofy "As Seen on Tv" home mail order catalogs like "How to Strip Tease For Your Man." Once in a while I've seen her on TV game shows. She's not taken too seriously.

you should give acceptance the points, she summed it up perfectly. She is sort of a bad actress though, but that isn't why she gets roles.
