Yes. I heard that somewhere, but I forget the source of the information. I hardly believe Australians would be any more likely to commit crimes than anyone elsewhere, however. Behavior is not entirely, genetic. It is due in large part to socialization, learning and other ENVIRONMENTAL factors.
