I've read through most of the suggestions and I would agree with them if circumstances were different.
1. Your shirt already went throught the wash so freezing it would do nothing--freezing works only when you have the actual lump of gum stuck and you need it to harden so you can essentially break it off.
2. Peanut butter and Goo Gone only works on non-porous material. DO NOT use it on your shirt! It will not take out the gum and leave grease stains on your shirt.
You didn't mention if you put the shirt through the washer AND the dryer. If you machine dried it, it would be harder to take the gum out because the heat from the dryer tends to set stains.
First I would try to iron the stain using blotting tissue (white paper towels work too), to see if you can get any more gum off the shirt. Then I would try to scrub it out with a little detergent (but be carefull, you can ruin the nap of the shirt and even cuase discolouration if you rub too hard).
My first gut reaction is that since you already laundered the shirt, it's too late. But try the suggestions above; if all else fails, you have a new painting shirt.

Put your shirt in a brown paper bag and put it in the freezer. Later take it out and try to peel the gum off your shirt. Try dawn dishsoap Apply soap and briskly rub into the shirt, Peanut butter usually takes gum off from everything but your was washed. Try these suggestions and if they do not work try Oxiclean. Make a paste out of oxiclean and water and apply to the shirt and rub in. Check it out in 1/2 hr and wash and rinse the shirt. Also the have stuff called goof off and goo gone they sell these at Walgreens or Walmarts and probably at your grocery stores Good luck!

Put it in the freezer for several hours. When it gets hard it'll be easier to break up and crumble off.

scrape as much as you can off, then using lots of brown paper bags and an iron, put brown paper sheet on both sides of the material, iron on top of the paper, the heat of the iron should melt it and the brown paper should absorb it
