If you eat very healthy and exercise frequently than I don't understand why you gained the freshman 15 in the first place. That would be my first suggestion: stay away from the junk food and especially the alcohol. I think alot of the 15 ppl gain is alcohol because they do not realize the calories in drinks. If you keep up with your routine than i am sure you will lose it. I would also recommend weight training (as well as cardio) because it helps you burn more calories throughout the day. Also watch stress eating. I think that eating while you are studying and stuff also contributes alot. Good Luck!!

Good old fashion diet and exercise. The number one no fail way to lose weight is to cut the calories you ingest and increase the calories you burn. Cut your portion sizes, eat healthful low fat snacks through out the day and increase the amount of cardio you do. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, cut out calorie saturated foods (alcohol being one) and choose the better choices. High fiber, low fat, fruits and veggies.
