Back and hip pain does not cause pregnancy, bit it could be a symptom of it. It could also be a symptom of other things. Go to your doctor and get checked out.

They might be caused by pregnancy, but if you think they are the cause of pregnancy, someone needs to have a chat with you.
If these are your only symptoms, probably not. The back and hips wouldn't hurt if you were only a few weeks pregnant.

You do get lower back pain from being pregnant, but its farther into the pregnancy, to the point where you can tellyour prego from your tummy not your back. You caould have just slept wrong, or pulled something. I have back pain sometimes and I am certainly not pregnant.

you could be pregnant. if you are indeed pregnant, it causes backpain since you gain weight during pregnancy and your hips have to expand to accomodate the baby. if you aren't pregnant, it could be caused by urinary tract infections, or, you've been confined in a chair a lot with poor posture.

it is a posibility. but it doesnt come till a littlte later in the pregnancy. so if you are and dont know it then you are more than a few months.
