ok, this is the supposedly 'pro' way. Numbering the holes from the toe end from 1 on each side, put the two ends of your lace down through the '1' holes. Now bring the right end up through right 2 (so keeping it on the same side) then down right 3, then cross and up through left 4, down through left 5, cross and up through right 6, down through right 7 and cross, up through left 8 and so on, mirroring this with the other end. It supposedly spreads the load a bit more evenly, but don't ask me whether it helps you score more goals :-)

Adidas - they have long laces, so wrap them 'around' the boot first (underneath) then lace up.

Nike have shorter laces. Just lace them normally like shoes. Or put an extra knot in

if you have long laces like adidas boots, go a round under the boots and then tie a double knot and place the laces under the tongue to have a smoother kicking surface. if you have short laces like nike boots, tie a double knot and try to stuff the laces into the boots if you are comfortable with it.

if you really have a problem with laces. go buy lotto zhero gravity. its laceless so you dun have to worry bout laces. yipee..................
