To get into the Air Force Academy you need lots of stuff. You need a letter from your school counselor, you need a letter from your State Congressman and Senator, you need letters from places that you have done volunteer work and that's not to mention the things your family needs to provide. Yes, it's difficult to get into any Military Academy without your parents permission and help....unless you are adopted, a ward of the court or some other type of guardian-less person. If you do get in, it will be the time of your life. Good Luck
