Heh. They'd keep going.

Your body has sphincter muscles that you've basically trained to hold it in. When you pee, the muscles relax and allow the urine to flow. When you die, ALL your muscles relax (of course), so if even if you weren't urinating at the time, you'd likely start.

(I guess it's possible that, if you were male and died on your back, you might not, since gravity would hold it in place, but I'm not sure about that.)

Incidentally, this isn't just a peeing issue, if you get what I mean.

I reckon they would keep going. A person's bladder usually lets go after they die because there's no muscle control to hold it in, so they'd definitely keep going. I mean, you're not actually using muscles when you pee, but relaxing muscles. Hope that doesn't sound gross.

I'm not sure but theres a rumor that when you die all your poop and pee comes out. Supposely those muscles that hold evrything in stop working because your dead and they release everything.

Sometimes, when people die, everything goes. As in, they urinate and defecate. Happens pretty often.
