Sometimes, I get this bad itching on the palms of my hands and on the bottom of my feet. I scratch the palms with my teeth, that's how bad it gets. And when the bottom of my feet itch. I have to take my shoes and socks off to scratch them. What would be the reason for this? This started to happen about 6 months ago.

Can you please let me know the reason/s for this? Thank you...

it sounds like athletes' foot on your feet. You may have transferred it to your palms somehow - I'd not use teeth to scratch if that's the case.
Try an over the counter remedy for fungal infections to see if that helps.
The superstition is that if your palms itch, you're coming into money....lol

You must be in touch of things that grow fang-us on your palms and feet, and you are allergic to these.

Things like glass wool, straw etc has this type of capabilities to penetrate on skin and cells -

your skin is dry
try eucerin or some other moisturizer
my grandpa had to use 'utter cream' when he was an electrician. he was outside in the cold dry air of the midwest and his hands got so dry he had to use that.
