Mars? Maybe not, there is a good chance because there is water on it, but it is extremely uninhabitable. Is there life on other planets? Yes I think there has to be, the possibility that we are 100% completely alone in the universe is not realistic and laughable. Scientist don't even know how big the universe is and they are right now saying it continues to grow so the likelyness of there not being any sort of intelligent life on one of those billions of planets is extremely unlikey.

No, but in the future, yes, and according to some scientist humans would be great for the planet. I was actually reading an article today that suggested human fecal matter could act as a great fertilizer for Mars. Awesome question.

I do not think that there is sentient life on Mars. At most, there may be simple organisms that may be dormant until the right conditions come along. There is no telling what may or may not have lived on the Red Planet within the last billion years. At one point, it may have been similar to our own planet. One thing seems for sure now, and that is that the planet is dead, by our standards.

No. The presence of water is just one of thousands of unique prerequisites necessary for carbon-based life to exist, and so far, Earth is the only known place in the universe that meets all those requirements. Mars doesn't even come close.

Science says there is water on Mars but I really don't think that planet is inhabitable. If I remember correctly there is not the correct oxygen for humans to breathe. But on the other hand, who is to say there are not other creepy things crawling around. Oh my what a thought.

Well since there is water there. There could possibily somefish sort of life on there or something. Then Maybe all they need is water and not oxygen. So i guess there is life on mars.

I think that might be life on Mars but just because there is water, doesn't really mean we conclude that there is life. I mean they are aliens, they probably wouldn't drink water like us.
Think of "Signs", weren't the aliens in that allergic to water lol

Seems rather unlikely at his point in time. Do I believe there is life somewhere else in the universe? Most definitely, it would be rather arrogant to assume otherwise given the vastness of it all.

Yes, of course! Maybe one day we'll all live there and the thought of Earth is just a myth.
