Yes, you can deliver in the 8th month of pregnancy. I delivered 3 girls in my 8th month each time. Its not always a good idea though. My daughters were born weighing 5lbs 9.8oz, 5lbs 9.8oz, and 5lbs 12.9oz. As you can see they were small. One of my babies had jaundice bad enough that she needed to be seen by her pediatrician the day we were discharged from the hospital although they all had it, another baby had to stay under a warming lamp because she couldnt keep her body temperature up so for her first hour to two hours of birth I didnt get to see her or hold her and she has a heart problem. Plus I had to get steriod shots in my 6th and 7th month of pregnancy all three times to get their lungs developed so that they could be delivered. I had preterm labor really bad with all of them (I have 4 kids just 3 born early). I was induced each time because 1 child I had 25-30% fluid loss so it was starting to get a little unsafe for her to be carried much longer, and then two of them the labor wouldnt stop with the meds they were giving me to stop it. If you can wait until 9months do it, its safer for baby.

Oh, sure! A full term baby is at 37-41 weeks gestation. Babies can also be born much earlier in a pregnancy but, sometimes have many medical challenges when born too soon.
(Most of the time, the early babies, or premies, do just fine!)

Yes, the baby may have some complications. It just depend on the growth of the baby and most importantly, the development of the lungs. If the baby can breath on their own or not.

Yes, of course you can, but your doctor will not induce labor unless something is wrong, or the baby is in distress. My son was born at 29 weeks and he will be 2 next week and he has no delays at all.

Yes, in which case the baby would have come one month early. This is perfectly normal and very common. I've heard of babies coming up to three months early and still surviving and growing up to be healthy.

Yes around that time they are pretty much fully developed. Now there are sometimes when the baby is not so its a struggle to keep them breathing
