I can't think of any time that people travel less. In every month, I can think of a reason to travel.
January, to go someplace warm to rest up from the Christmas rush. February, for the same reason. March, I hear is a good month to visit Florida. April, is for Spring Break! May, a trip as a gift for graduation. June, a good time to go the Caribbean before the hurricanes start. July, is good for the Jersey shore. August, get in a quick vacation before school starts up again. September, take the kids back to college. Oct, a trip to see the fall foliage. November, a trip to grandma's house and December, back to grandma's. Sorry, I can't think of when people travel less.

well less plane travel would be summer time, if you live somewhere that is warm in the summer though, if it gets cold in the winter i wud say thats the most travel time cause you want to get away from the cold, so it really depends where you live but i wud say less travel is summer
