WHATS THE POINT OF REPORTING IF YAHOO DOESN'T ENFORCE ITS OWN RULES AND GUIDE LINES? WHEN I REPORTED SOMEONE AND ASKED FOR A RESPONCE I GOT NONE. IS THEIR REALLY SOMEONE OUT THERE OR IS IT A MACHINE DOING A BAD JOB? SOME OF THE Q AND A ARE SO VILE AND DISCUSTING IT'S A WONDER THESE PEOPLE HAVE ENOUGH BRAIN CELLS TO OPERATE A COMPUTER. ONLY PEOPLE WITH BRAINS AND SOLID MORAL VALUES NEED REPLY.

I hear what you are saying - and I wonder the same as you do.
It does appear that the Yahoo REPORTING system is -

INEFFECTIVE at stopping, or controlling, abusive entries
NOT MONITORED full time by humans, but occasionally by machine
DEAF to questions, such as yours
ANSWERS inquiries (like yours) with 'form' letters, if at all

These realities are known by the CYBER TROLLS, and encourage opportunistic disturbances within their ranks.

ADVICE:
Remember that:
WE DO NOT/cannot control any other person's behavior, or choice. . .
WE DO have control over what we choose to allow to enter our personal space, here (Yahoo) and everywhere else . . .
Therefore ---
When seeing abusive, objectionable material ---
file an ABUSE REPORT -
THEN ---
move on, and participate in your chosen activity.
